Ted Phillips, Jerry Angelo
As I drove home from work on Tuesday I settled in to listen to Hub Arkush on WSCR.
The next half hour listening it took every cell in my body not to drive my car into a median, as Hub Arkush discusses how "decisions" are made in the front office and on replays.
This makes the Cubs organization look like the Phillies's organization.
Jerry Angelo the king of plausable denial.
Please listen while no sharp objects are around you, knowing that Angelo is signed through 2013.

Time for Lovie and Angelo to Freshen up Those Resumes?
According to Chicago NFL guru Hub Arkush on WSCR today, his sources are telling him that Bear ownership is inquiring about Mike Shanahan, Mike Holgrem, Jon Gruden and Bill Cowher regarding their costs.
Arkush reiterated that this was very preliminary and more of kicking the wheels then any actual active negotiations.
I would prefer Holgrem.
How about you?
UPDATE- WSCR reporting only three candidates were contacted- Shanahan, Cowher and Gruden
Bears face Samurai Coach
Thursday game. Short week. Demoralizing defeat. Cross country trip.
Good time to pay a visit to Samurai Coach?

Bears Look to Stop Raising Arizona's Victory Total
In the Coen movie "Raising Arizona", HI McDonnough tried his best to do good but ended up beaten up, shot at and chased much like a real life Wile E Coyote.
Sound familiar?
Do you RememBear....Revie Sorey?

Odelay!
Revie Sorey was an offensive guard for the Chicago Bears from 1975 through 1983. Revie was drafted from the Illini in round 5 along with another Bear offensive player in the first round, Walter Payton.
Do the Detroit Lions have da Nerve to Upset the Chicago Bears?
"Put em up! Put em up!"
The Bears welcome the now puffy chested Detroit Lions, who have scored their first victory since Mitt Romney was still in the run for presidency of the United States.
Ah December 2007, what a wacky time.
